I work with companies who want to get the most out of their employees by leveraging their skills and helping them get along with each other.
Over the years I've found the key to getting things done is your relationships with your family, friends, and co-workers. I learned a lot about relationships in the military, in consulting, and in business as a Technology Project Manager with a Fortune 20 financial firm. I learned even more from my family as the oldest of 21 children. Between them I have a wealth of practical experience with relationships.
I made a conscious decision to learn how to do relationships in the best way possible. In my business I leverage my relationship expertise with more than 25 years of experience in the technology arena. I've worked in a variety of environments including serving 5 years in the U.S. Navy, 3 years as a consultant working with the government, 18 months working for Fairfax County Public Schools, the twelfth largest public school system in the country, and fifteen years in the private sector. I have a degree in sociology, I have studied with numerous relationship experts, and co-authored a bestselling book on relationships. I've also hosted a radio show called Great Relationships Radio.
Working with me will allow you to find the best way to work with people, create more cohesive teams, increase their effectiveness, and improve their productivity.
I'm an active member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), International Coach Federation (ICF), Coachville, and a founding member of the International Association of Coaches.
I have a B.S. in Liberal Studies from Excelsior College with a concentration in Sociology and an A.A.S. in Data Processing from Northern Virginia Community College.
